Three things we can help with
The more specific your message, the more useful our reply. Here is what helps us in each case:
- A quote for your volume
- Tell us how many items you photograph a month, how many images you want per item, and the resolution you publish at. From those three we work out your cost in credits before you pay anything.
- A question before you start
- Tell us your category: clothing, abayas, bags and shoes are not handled the same way, and some need a different tool than you would expect. Send one of your current photos if you can.
- A result you did not like, or a fault
- Name the tool, roughly when you tried, and what you expected against what came back. If the image is in your library, its name is enough for us to find it.
Who answers
We read every message ourselves — no bot and no ticket system — and the reply reaches the address you type above. If your question is about credits or a payment, include your account email when it differs from the one you are writing from.
