Privacy policy

Account details: your email address, your name if you enter one, and your preferred language.

If you sign in with Google: we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and use them to create your account and sign you in. We cannot reach anything else in your Google account, and we share this data with no one.

The images you upload and the images the platform produces for you.

Usage records: which tool ran, when, and how many credits it cost — which is what your billing history is built from.

Page view and speed measurement: which page was opened, from which country, with which browser and device type, and how long it took to appear — without your name and without tying it to your account.

Your IP address, country and city at sign-in: we keep only the most recent sign-in, not a running history, to protect your account from unauthorised access and to meet our legal obligations. It is erased with your account whenever you delete it.

We do not collect or store your card details.

To run what you asked for: producing images, showing your library, and accounting for your credits.

To protect the platform from abuse and excessive automated use.

To contact you about your account when necessary.

We do not use your images in marketing, sell them, or show them to other users.

The image processing provider: the images you upload are sent there to carry out generation. Their own policy governs what they do with them on their side.

The database and authentication provider: hosts your account and records.

The storage provider: holds your image files in a private, non-public bucket reachable only through short-lived signed links.

The hosting and measurement provider: hosts the site, and measures page views and loading speed in aggregate. No cookies, and a temporary identifier that rotates daily and does not follow you across sites.

The Fotisma team: may look at your images and generation records for support and for checking the quality of results, and for nothing else.

You may ask for the names of these providers at any time through the contact page, and we will send them to you.

Photos you upload are used to carry out your requests and are deleted automatically seven days after upload. The images produced stay in your library for as long as your account exists, and until you delete them.

Descriptions typed into the brand name generator, and the names produced, are kept without anything that identifies you to improve the tool, and are deleted automatically after 30 days.

When you delete your account, your images and library are deleted. Credit records are kept in a form stripped of your identity, because they are a binding accounting record.

You can see your data, correct it, download your images, and delete your account and its contents.

We use the session cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your language and display mode.

We do not use advertising cookies. We measure page views and loading speed in aggregate — without cookies and without an identifier that follows you across sites — and we neither sell your data nor share it for advertising.
